How does she do it all?

Blogging:
I have been writing a personal blog about type 1 diabetes since July 2005 and was asked to be a expert blogger on Healthcentral in September 2008. I write about my life, daily struggles, frustrations, tips and tricks.

Community organizing:
In addition to starting 3 successful online communities. I have also organized face-to-face meetups using meetup.com.

Social Media
I stay up to date on all the latest social media trends to be ahead of the game.

Video Tutorials:
I  created online tutorials to show people how to use various diabetes technologies, as well as video taping my life for an Educating Other series on Juvenation to show people how to live with diabetes on a daily basis. These type of things can be applied to any genre.

With my combined design, social media skills, and most of all passion and work ethic, I believe I can be an asset to any company in areas concerning social media.

I am available for a full-time or freelance opportunity in the design or healthcare industry as well as online community management in any genre.
